A key component of our solution is to implement the process that we have developed to determine how we can fix your specific problem. This is a “Six Sigma” type analysis of your total compensation package. We believe that to be successful any organization must utilize a Total Rewards concept in analyzing their benefit structure. Our engagements begin with a free educational review for top management that familiarizes them with the main point of our process. If we have a meeting of the minds, we then execute an engagement letter that outlines the steps we will take in our analysis. After we have completed our review, we will provide management with specific solutions and ideas that can be implemented without our involvement.
